1. What’s included in the session fee?

Your time, professional expertise, use of high-quality equipment, and a curated selection of edited images delivered in an online gallery. Prints and additional retouching can be added on request.

2. How many photos will I receive?

• 30-Min. Basic Headshot: 1 retouched edit

• Full Portrait Session: ~30–40 final edits

3. Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A $50 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. The balance is due the day of the shoot.

4. Where do sessions take place?

Sessions can take place at Vibrant Eye Studio (DTLA), outdoors, or at a location of the client’s choice. Travel fees may apply for locations outside the city.

5. How long until I get my photos?

Turnaround time is usually 7–10 business days, depending on the size of the session and your editing queue. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

6. What should I wear for acting headshots?

We encourage clients to wear something that reflects their personality but avoids busy patterns or logos. Solid colors and well-fitted outfits usually photograph best.

7. Can I bring a friend or family member?

Absolutely. Having someone along can make you feel more comfortable. Just let you know in advance.

8. Do you offer prints or albums?

Not right now.

9. What’s the difference between editing and retouching the images?

“Editing” processes a raw photo with color correction, framing to crop out distractions, and adjusting lighting for correct exposure.

“Retouching“ describes any advanced edit like object removal, body shaping, skin smoothing, blemish removal and is available at $20/photo.
